Professional profile:
Jeni is a Senior Cardiothoracic Surgical Care Practitioner at New Cross Heart and Lung Centre, Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. She qualified as an SCP in 2017 and have completed her MSc in Surgical Care Practice in order to progress in her career.
She has a nursing background in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiology and Critical Care. Her surgical skill set includes radial artery harvesting, open and endoscopic vein harvesting as well as first and second assisting.
She is an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about providing the highest standard of care for patients and is always keen to share what she has learned throughout her professional career.
With the support of her consultant surgeons and other members of the MDT team, she started one of the first follow-up clinic for patients who have undergone concomitant or standalone surgical AF ablation.
